Web Roster Management

WebRoster is a workforce management tool, targeting large customers such as airline companies, police departments, casino chains. The application offers an employee self-service module, allowing employees to handle their daily working schedule, trade shifts with other employees and specify holiday preferences, based on a set of rules defined at the company level. Planners can check out the schedule for groups of employees, grant or deny shift change requests; they can define holiday rules and approve or deny the users preferences submitted through WebRoster. Channel Manager

The solution lets its users display room rates and availability information on the sales websites of their choice. Thus, customers can manage the exposure of their hotels to Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel agencies. Our solution automatically aggregates and updates room availability, rates, and bookings in real time, making separate adjustments on individual channels unnecessary. All this up to date information is also fed directly into the hotel Property Management System (PMS) from all the sales channels the customer subscribed to, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
